Great Support from Kelsey-Mae
Great Support – Quick, Friendly, and Effective!
I had an issue that required me to call the CIPD HR Inform Helpdesk and was assisted by Kelsey-Mae who did all she could to resolve it. She were incredibly helpful, responded quickly, and patiently. Not only was the issue resolved in no time, but she also followed up with emails to make sure everything was working as expected.

Engaging Training Session
The call was very informative and helpful in understanding how to effectively navigate and utilize the site. Lilian did an excellent job of delivering the training in a clear and engaging manner. The only challenge was the intermittent internet connection, which occasionally disrupted the session. Overall, it was a valuable and productive session.
