We had previously marketed the property with another local agent who we thought had the best local knowledge , we had only a few viewings without any firm offers , and disappointingly the agent just lost interest very quickly . On the other hand HH were true to their word with superior marketing which led to immediate positive viewings and a firm offer . Throughout HH provided proactive feedback .

We have been working with Jessica with the process of buying our first house, from the first point of contact its been a great experience was able to book in a viewing for the next day, Jessica was able to answer any questions we have had if not straight away by the next day after confirming with the property owner.

Tracie Bloor has been our contact and I have nothing but positive things to say - any issues or requests, we could always count on Tracie’s prompt response and help. Lisa Swinnerton, has an excellent way of managing property, I was leaving at 28 Prestwick way Chellaston derby and during my stay it was a beautiful experience, when moving out of the property, I almost have issues with the agent but Lisa managed every thing we and I am so happy with everything.

David and the team secured us a sale at the asking price within days. He communicated with us quickly and honestly at every stage. In addition, when we were unable to, he visited the property for us to keep everything on track during the sale. I would recommend using H&H to anyone wanting to sell a property in Northampton.

I’ve been asked 3 times by H&H to leave a review so I’ll be honest about my experience.
This was my first time buying a house and it ended up being quite a stressful experience. There were some delays due to work needing to be completed on the house and Xmas closures which couldn’t be helped. My solicitors were also ridiculously slow towards the end which added to it however the constant chasing from H&H for updates from me didn’t help the stress levels.
They’re a lovely, friendly bunch of people and for their client the seller, they did a great job pushing to get the sale through, however as the buyer it was a bit too much at times to constantly be chased.
I don’t have previous experience to compare to but friends have said they didn’t have to get involved at all so maybe it was just a unfortunate set of events 🤷🏼‍♀️

What a great experience from start to finish nothing was to much trouble for Nadine and Kate always there ready to help. Was all sorting and moved in within 3 weeks .
