My car went to Howell's recently for repair after a fairly serious accident. I thought it would be written off but I was assured that it could be repaired. The work was done very efficiently and I was kept informed at every stage. The car was returned to me promptly and looking as good as new. The staff were unfailingly kind, helpful and reassuring. I am grateful to them and would thoroughly recommend this company

Howell Accident repair centre carried out some repair work to my vehicle recently, Jonathan was very helpful from I first met him, and had time to discuss details which was greatly appreciated. Very high standard of work completed to my vehicle, Interior was valeted also at no extra charge, was a nice surprise and I would like to thank the reception team whose care and attention towards customers is excellent.

My car was not written off after a bad accident due to it "being in such good condition"...their words.
On receiving my car back the repair centre had missed part of the body work that they were supposed to paint and there was overspray all over the car. Wind deflector damaged by tape used in spraying also. Tape marks on paint work and glass. I emailed them and got no response and had to go through insurer. Went back to them in person eventually as still no joy and they said they were waiting on me to come back and had been made aware by insurer.
Car was left back in and the painting error was corrected and they were to address the overspray. Car received back in the dark in the rain and on later inspection there is even more overspray than there was before. I have paid elsewhere to have this resolved as I would not be happy to trust them to resolve it.
Positive aspect: reception staff 👍

My dad asked me to post this review as he was most impressed with the workmanship that was carried out to repair his Mercedes 220. The reception staff were courteous and very helpful. They went over and above the call of duty. He would recommend this company to anyone, they are very trustworthy.
