How can you give an unpleasant experience a good ending? The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the repair process. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service from Howells
Excellent service from Howells who repaired my car after I was hit by another car. I was kept up to date with the repairs and the job was completed on time with an excellent repair. To top it off, I was given a box of chocolates when collecting it. Definitely recommend for a very professional, efficient and friendly service!

My car was in with Howells for repairs work. Initially I was told it could be up to 3 weeks and was given a courtesy car. I’m pleased to say after only 2 weeks I was contacted and my car was ready. Upon collection the car had been repaired to excellent standards and the customer service couldn’t have been better throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Howells to anyone
No fault claim repair
My car was in Howell’s last week for repairs as part of a no fault claim. The staff collected my car from the car hire company and dropped my hire car back for me too.
I was worried that it would be a write off but luckily it could be fixed.
The repair was carried out to an excellent standard and looks better than before! Communication was good throughout, and a nice box of chocolates at the end when collecting the car was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend

The staff were fantastic and more than helpful. They did a great job and much quicker than expected. B** even gave me a lovely box of Howell's chocolates when I picked up my (what looked like new) car......if only I had been 30+ years younger - wishful thinking!!

Contrast with another large firm, which had my wife's car for nearly a year, and never kept in touch. Had to be phoned.

Had to leave my car in for repair following a minor accident, delighted with the work that was carried out. I was kept informed of the progress and the car was ready when they said and spotless when I collected it. Can’t thank them enough.

Going to Ben Howell Accident and Repair was a great customer experience. Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Helped me as individual with my needs around my car. Good, efficient service and car came back like new !!
Poor workmanship
Car went here through insurance for some repairs.. disappointed to say was initially lied to by lad at reception about delays.. eventually found out delays were due to additional parts being required after being broken whilst in and by Howell's.. finally get car back and refuse it straight away due to parts being loose..back into workshop it goes... And had to return twice since due to shoddy workmanship..glad it wasn't me paying, but no respect in their own work and wouldn't recommend in the slightest
