beautiful

I ordered a super pretty 3 drawer chest, it came really fast and was just as described. it was also packaged well so it didn't get messed up on the way to me. overall really happy and will order again!

Easy to order & speedy delivery.

Website a bit difficult to find (showed up on my phone when searching for the product but not on my PC using the same search).
Good price with faster delivery than expected.
Manufacturers packaging looks good.
Christmas present for a family member so have yet to see if the product lives up to expectations.

Ordered a coffee table on October 10th

Ordered a coffee table on October 10th. The website said there was 1 in stock. Delivery should be between 3 - 7 days! 11 days later I contacted them to see why I hadn’t received my order only to be told that they are waiting for shipment from manufacturer. Communication is very bad and information on website is incorrect. I am not happy with this company and intend cancelling my order to purchase the item elsewhere!

Different owners same shabby culture

Different owners same shabby culture

The new guys reached out to us as we previously had a trade account. Having lost money at the collapse and having experienced the worst service and product quality imaginable with the original Houseology I wanted to know why we should trust them again. Absolutely nothing back from them! They should be resourcing to ensure they can fight for every customer.
Take my advice and shop with Naken or others, avoid this lot like the plague.

FRAUDSTERS DO NOT PURCHASE

This is the very first review of a company that I have ever written. DO NOT order from this company. I cannot believe that they have the nerve to set back up again. I gave them over £6000.00 pounds for furniture to complete my new home. NEVER GOT A SINGLE ITEM. I chased and chased, they stated some items they were unable to get hold off (fair enough), said I was due a refund . It never came. Then, after chasing and chasing for goods and /or refund they went into administration !!

Missing Refund

We had a faulty rug delivered in December which we had collected for refund which was organised by Lisa Gillespie. I have contacted them on numerous occasions but received no response regarding my refund.

The phone number is not working?! and I can't seem to contact anyone to get this resolved.

We have purchased goods in November for…

We have purchased goods in November for nearly 3000 Eur.
At first we were told they had a flood in Derby and the delivery will be delayed. After 52 days we have decided to cancel the order and ask for the refund. Refund has been confirmed by Lisa Gillespie. However, it's been more than two weeks and no refund, no e-mail replies, no answering the phone calls. And now I have just seen that their website is shut down.
We have already contacted Authorities regarding this matter.

Houseology shut down?!

I placed my order end of October and I haven’t received my item as yet! The last communication I had was in December, they advised that the courier is not available and will be back at work on the 6th of Jan. Since then I haven’t heard anything. This item was paid in full back in October. I have been calling them several times a day (international calls) with no response, just the answering machine. They do not reply the chat online and they did not reply my numerous amount of emails. Really strange! Did they close down?!

This company is an absolute mess

This company is an absolute mess! DO NOT purchase from them if you want your goods in a timely manner or if you would like any kind of communication from them about your order. We have tried on several occasions to phone and speak to them, to no avail. We have been waiting for 3 months for our order and still have no idea if or when they will arrive! We are now seeking a full refund but guess what, they haven't replied to that either!

Appalling service

I ordered a side board more than 2 months ago,
My order was supposed to arrive in the warehouse
On dec 19 but obviously did not arrive - no one answers the phone, no one answers my mails
I am waiting for an answer, any answer honestly
I am appalled at the customer service
I will for sure never again order from them
I can see the difference with Heal’s who are 100% on the ball

Plato Colour Splash Rug

I purchased a Plato Colour Splash Rug in Ochre and after looking around found Houseology to be the cheapest. The process was easy, the rug was delivered well within the timeframe and I was sent a text to confirm delivery date and time within a 1 hr timeframe.
The quality of the rug is excellent and I would definitely recommend.

Great product

Great product, quick delivery after order placed.

I bought a Katherine Carnaby rug, but prior to purchasing wanted to get some samples. The live chat was helpful but after two weeks of chasing (the problem was with the supplier but unfortunately the communications with Houseology were not great) I spoke to someone in customer services who then ensured that the samples were sent out.

I placed the order on the Monday and the rug arrived on the Thursday, which made up for it.

I would definitely buy from Houseology again.
