I strongly recommend you don't buy from this company.
I am in the UK and ordered five blouses, including four of the same style, all advertised as Medium (36-inch bust, 38-inch hips) with three-quarter sleeves. Four of the blouses fit as expected, but the fifth is clearly made differently despite being labelled as the same size and style.
The faulty blouse has a waist approximately 2 inches narrower than the others. It was so tight around the waist that the hem tore while I was taking it off. It also appears to have been cut incorrectly, with excess fabric on the right-hand side causing the neckline to crease and the blouse to protrude. I sent photographs of these issues while wearing the blouse, but they were dismissed.
The sleeves are also full wrist length, even though the blouse was advertised as having three-quarter sleeves and same for the remaining blouses. I was told that sleeve length can vary depending on the person wearing them, despite the fact I was comparing four supposedly identical blouses from the same order, all worn by the same person.
The company then asked me to provide photographs of the bust measurements. The bust measurement is not the issue. The problem is the much narrower waist, the incorrect sleeve length and the poor construction of the garment which causes a huge crease across the neckline. Focusing only on the bust measurement completely ignores the defects I reported.
I also ordered a ghungroo choker which arrived with several bunches of ghungroo missing and a broken clasp. Instead of replacing it, I was told I could repair it myself.
To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a pre-draped sari from the same order. Given the quality issues with the items I have already received and the way my concerns have been handled, I am now genuinely dreading its arrival and hoping it does not have defects as well.
Another frustration is the constant order update emails. Every day I receive the same message saying they are "customizing my order." These repeated emails provide no meaningful update on when my item will actually be dispatched and simply create unnecessary inbox clutter.
The most disappointing part has been the customer service. Despite providing photographs and measurements showing the differences between the four supposedly identical blouses and the defects, the company has refused to acknowledge that there is anything wrong with the garment or the damaged choker. Instead of properly investigating the issues, I have been left to pursue a refund through PayPal and, if necessary, ask my bank to recover my money on my behalf.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This is my first purchase from them and also anyone selling Indian wear online. I liked that there is customize option so one can get the size one wants. Also was really impressed by the whatsApp chat option with their representative. I had a few questions and the representative was able to answer all of them. I was also able to use a couple of coupons to make a small saving on this order. PayPal payment option is great.
