Very poor customer service House Of Indya
I have been a customer of Indya since, 2021 and have been ordering from abroad. In the beginning years, the quality of clothes and service was top notch, which is why I stayed with House of Indya. Offline the quality of clothes has degraded and I am still buying as I still believe in the brand.
Last time I ordered was 14th July 2026, and this is the 3rd time, payment failed, or customer service needs WhatsApp confirmation, or something unnecessary.
I don't know who the customer service is, she called me promptly yesterday asking for problem resolution, which I appreciate, but I specifically asked for an email confirmation, and she has WhatsApped me.
WHAT KIND OF GLOBAL BRAND ARE YOU WHO CONFIRMS ORDER DETAILS THROYGH WHATSAPP ????
This will be the last of House of I deal for me.

I am constantly amazed by the sheer variety of designs you carry. With so many designs and products, I am completely spoilt for choice. In fact, I take days (sometimes even almost 2 weeks!!) to browse through the items and to make my final selections. Customer service is excellent too.
