Joanne and the team made the whole experience of buying new curtains for our patio door windows very easy. They were professional and also offered advice and support on the configuration. They were a pleasure to deal with, curtains are very well made and arrived in the time quoted. Thank you for all your help

What an amazing choice of fabrics on the website. Samples arrived promptly and I was able to choose my favourite for curtains and cushions to go with our new decor. The sales staff were very helpful, advising on lining, tie backs and piping to make the most of the fabric design. Very pleased with the finished products. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quality product and excellent customer service.

Although the original material I chose for curtains was no longer available Joanne was very helpful in informing me of alternatives and suggesting an appropriate lining. Delivery was as promised and communication was excellent throughout.

Joanne Relton is proactive and supportive during the selection and sales process and follows through on the aftersales and delivery. Whether you contact by phone, online chat or email, you will get a speedy and helpful response. I am very happy with my new blind and curtains and this is the second time I've used this company. They are good value for money and I'll use again when redecorating another room.

I was able to speak to someone from the company on the phone, who was very helpful regarding ensuring my curtain measurements were correct. They also kept me regularly updated on the progress of my order. My curtains are perfect.

Mostly good experience, however, we asked for delivery after 30th May as we were on holiday, but this was ignored and delivery was made to our neighbour wo we specified as an alternative. Delivery was 2-3 days after order and 4-5 days before our return.

I saw this fabric and knew I wanted a Roman blind in it for my new home. I found House Decor Interiors and they were able to make my Roman blinds made to measure so it fit perfectly in my windows. They look absolutely beautiful and I’ve had a lot of complements about them so have been really happy!
I had a small issue with the blind and contacted the company to see if they could help advise me. Unfortunately I think I was making it worse so I asked if I could send it back to them to have a look at. They agreed and have fixed the issue (which was probably very simple and easy for them but difficult for me, personally). They didn’t hesitate to help me and kept me updated on when they received the blind back, the fix and when it was sent back to me. Absolutely delightful to deal with and beyond grateful they could help me. Absolutely would order from them again and again - beautiful quality item, beautifully made and customer service is absolutely exceptional.

Amazing experience! We bought two large blinds a few years ago that needed repairing as the control units were no longer working effectively. We were advised to send them back in so they could be properly looked at and repaired. We only had to pay for shipping and they sorted everything else out. They arranged for the parcel to be collected on a Thursday and we had the blinds back by the Tuesday after. Fantastic communication throughout and brilliant customer service!

Ordered some blackout lining which arrived in a roll and not folded, which was great. Excellent communication and parcel arrived the next day! Perfect!

Roman blind was extremely well made, really very pleased. Measuring instructions were easy to follow and ordering process was very simple with updates along the way. Highly recommend and I would use House Decor Interiors again.

Received by curtains today and they are amazing, the quality is top notch and we also got a bonus of some extra/spare material. Kept us updating on progress throughout which was great and really helpful when we had any questions. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper from this company and whilst there was nothing wrong with the order when I emailed to ask for a partial return and refund as we didnt need all 4 rolls in the end. I was told refunds have to be actioned within 10 days ( we were outside this). My email response from the company was curt and rude. My husband called to query this information as it doesnt seem in line with other company's returns policy and he was hung up on by the advisor (Joanne). Poor customer service such a shame that we wont use them again!!
