I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. My sql database was blocked too many times or deleted from the server inexplicably! My website was also unavailable most of the time. The support was terrible!
PS I'm an IT professional and the answers or solution from support desk was just to get rid of me!

Excellent hosting by hostpoco, I am new to their cpanel hosting. After first month, I can say I had no downtime, website speed was good with latest php versions.

So far so good
I am a week or so into trying the free hosting plan using my own custom domain name. Honestly, it's been pretty straightforward and simple so far. I signed up with an email address and a couple of days later I got all the login details and DNS info in my mailbox. From there I just pointed my domain at the HostPoco servers and logged into the HostPoco cPanel for my account. It was pretty easy to then set up the SSL via Let's Encrypt - which, by the way, is usually a service other hosting companies charge extra for, in my experience. The loading speed is fast and lag free. I haven't needed to reach out for any support because everything is very straightforward and easy to find. For someone needing a little more hands-on guidance and support, the paid tier plans are probably the way to go. If anything changes I'll be sure to follow up on this review, but so far I'm happy with how everything is going.
