Perfect hosting platform to start with. I really appreciate all the different offers to suit the best my needs.
My little website needs pretty small ressources and I found the best offer on Hostpoco.

worst hosting company i have seen , my domain was suspended because they claim is was used for scamming , which by the way no content has been uploaded , now after a year they still charge me for same very domain for auto renew

What wonderful free web hosting, they have an online chat that assists the users all the day. I have evaluated 5 free web hosting services
and hostpoco is the most user friendly and most excellent. That's also the unique free hosting offering an ftp account to read the apache2 logs.

Absolutely the WORST Service
Yes, I know they don't charge very much, but as other people have stated you get what you pay for. 48 hours+ to answer tickets, and to receive stupid answers that indicate the "support" person can't understand technical issues.

If you are fine with these types of problems, it is fine to sign up.

I signed up for their free hosting service with a custom domain, but it was never activated. It says 'still pending'. When I asked them about it, they replied with a generic response which wasn't helpful at all. The ticket was closed by them, although I asked them politely for help. No answer yet. Problem is I can't even cancel the 'pending' service. Very disappointing.

Ticket opened. Never acted on, never responded to.
Completely ignoring questions. Non-existent customer service.

Hostpoco is a great company with good response times whenever I had questions.
I will use Hostpoco in the future if and when I need Domain and hosting again.

My resource suddenly became unavailable. Maintenance service did not solve the problem and did not respond. 2 stars because it worked for a while.

Customers are hardly supported when in trouble! As in my case I am hosting at hostPoco, I have the problem that I cannot send emails from my private mailbox used my domain, I have asked for help many times but it is not resolved.

Sad, you started well but now it's terrible using your service. Logs me out at every operation and when navigating to almost all pages of the website. Very poor support. I've raised series of support tickets no form of responds. I feel very bad.

we can not acces cpanel, there is not technical support, nobody answer

Very poor service. My site is not live since December 2022. Submitting tickets but no solution.

I'm a newbie but Support was very good and had fixed the issue I faced. I would say Hostpoco is very good for beginners and individuals with almost no money but is determined to start blogging or website journey.

Delay in responding to tickets and solving issues

their website and all service goes offline now without any alert! and still they don't answer... maybe gone!

The customer support was perfect. I am new on web design, and the help they bring me allows me to get the site online.
