I will never use hoseseasons again
I will never use hoseseasons again. I booked a 4 night break on 11th of july for Flusco Woods as I had been there 3 or 4 times before and enjoyed my stay. I paid the deposit on that day, received my confermation e-mail etc. The balance was paid on 7th August- total paid £625. 11th August received an e-mail saying that Flusco wood cannot accomodate for 4 nights but could do 3. Our break was totally wasted as we have family in the area who we visit a lot. I requested a full refund as im am never going to encourage Flusco wood and Hoseseasons again. The 4 day break had been advertised for weeks before I decided to book it. I have previously used hoseseasons for years but these past 2 years they have went down hill and also Flusco woods has lost not only a booking but a good customer. Thankfully for me and my family Ullswater Heights were able to accomodate us. Top marks to Ullswater Heights for there professional attitude . No marks flusco woods and hoseseasons for treating a good customer in this manner .I also received countless apologies from hoseasons until i got so angry i told them to stop there apologies as they were doing nothing fir the situation that THEY caused. No doubt they will say there looking into it to avoid it happening again.Avoid both flusco wood and hoseasons.

Disgusting service
We booked a holiday with Hoseasons to Cornwall only to be called 11 days before our due holiday which had been paid in for telling us that the holiday had been cancelled due to the sale of the accommodation they offered to relocate us that there was nothing remotely in the vicinity of where we were going I called back to complain but was told that as I had agreed for a refund I was unable to progress any further with this. I will be taking this to the ombudsman and I think this is the most disgusting treatment possible I would strongly urge anyone to consider not going with this dubious terrible company.

Paying £110 per night and not getting towels included is so wrong and not very well published.
Any hotel you stop in regardless of price you get towels, I think its very poor

Never use Hoseasons
Will not be booking through Hoseasons again. Be careful when booking to select exact dates or they will show you the cheapest stay 3 days after you want to book to trick you into thinking you have a good deal. Even though there wasn’t a stay on the exact date there was one that was only 1 day away so why show the cheaper deal 3 days away? Then when you book it and need to move it they will charge you for the privilege and threaten to cancel because the date for full payment then changes. When I tried to explain I could pay for the holiday but not until the original date they had requested full payment I was told by some AI chat bot that because it’s all an automated system they can’t stop it from being cancelled. All of this on a day when 2 major banking apps were down so I couldn’t transfer any money to pay it. It’s been the most stressful holiday booking process I’ve ever experienced. They also claim to give blue light discount but if you compare the pricing on the blue light page and normal page they are exactly the same price.
