Really loved the site and our lodge was very nice apart from that we had a light bulb that was like a strobe light in our bedroom the whole holiday, we asked for it to be sorted twice but nothing was done.
Our hot tub had an issue too, there was no light working in it and no sufficient lighting around it so we couldn’t use it at night. We asked for this to be sorted and were told twice that they would find some lighting. This never happened.
Such a shame we were ignored as the holiday would have been perfect otherwise.

Easy web page to book on. Unfortunately the company had double booked hence the four star, but I was contacted quickly about this issue and another accommodation was offered. Yet to have holiday so can't review on the actual accommodation or site as yet

I had to go into hospital for an emergency medical condition and wwe were able to move our stay dates at the last minute. Very grateful to you all at this very stressful time thank you

We hired the Horizon 1 boat for a week on booking the information by mail is extensive and complete. On arrival at Benson friendly pleasant and efficient customer service. The instructions were complete. The boat was clean and presentable. However, in the days passing There were top deck seat pads missing and fixings brocken causing securing issues in the wind. Quality very poor and uncomfortable. Small children 10 and 12 yrs twin room space cramped and complaints were they are very narrow Questionable for comfort for adults ! The main bedroom was OK The overall feel of comfort from the mattresses is hard and uncomfortable.
The bed in the main cabin area which converts from dropping the table to make the bed base we had to use the rear outside platform seat pad as the mattress which is of poor quality and very uncomfortable. All together sleeping was made average ! The quality of bedding and towels was good. The toilet shower room was adequate however the entrance exit into shower menouvering through the glazed.door was difficult due to the floor design which curves upward and potential slip hazard The floor is slippery when wet so take care !.. the shower itself works well and efficient. We had a problem with the bilge pump running that was LOUD when it automatically cuts in every hour during the night despite turning bilge pump off at night made sleeping difficult. !! The cooking and fridge were adequate and mainly worked well. One of the draws kept opening causing a trip hazard. ! The handling was good particularly using stern and aft side Thrusters entering locks and mooring. The one problem was that on booking information quoted a fuel deposit would be £350 paid on arrival and dependant on hours engine use on return unspent fuel would be refunded. It turned out on arrival they asked for £450 fuel deposit !! Appreciate fuel prices rise !! But this should be made clear prior to booking !!. The staff at Le Boat Cheartsy marina were friendly and accommodating The marina itself is excellent for free overnight stop, village amenities shops restuarants etc whilst excellent are 3/4 hour walk though bikes available to use. Overall standard of Horizon 1 boat due to constant hire use is good given the hire fees. However, more consideration to replacing well used pads and mattresses is needed to improve experience and sleep quality better.

Pricing on web site incorrect price jumps up when you book they say we know its wrong we are working to correct pricing just say the actual price is showing on payment page Shirley you should stand by web pricing
This has been going on for months my niece and husband booked one a couple of months ago as a surprise for our Golden wedding Anniversary and my 70 th birthday which is on the 4 th and the 7th of September and the same thing happened to them it’s not good enough it’s false advertising we booked this one the other day as a surprise for my niece as it’s her 70 th birthday on the 7 th of IOctober but after this we won’t be booking one again with you I rang up and asked why the price wasn’t the same as it said on the internet and all I got was we are updating the system the same excuse as you gave my niece when she booked a couple of months ago not good enough

It was only making the booking. Done with ease over the phone, so that I could asked the couple of queries I had. Agent great
