These people are crooks. Purchased as a company an item with them. Checked if they were ok to do that with a company, they said yes, ever since, I am trying to get the VAT re-imbursed and have a legal invoice. I cannot get anything and now they do not even answer.
Delivery time was fast! I received my watch right in the next day (after I ordered) and in a perfect condition!
