Dear Huseyn, Thank you for your reaction. As you know we kept into personal contact with you hardly daily per e-mail about this issue. We informed you that the address label on the parcel provided by us was correct. Unfortunately PostNL/TNT made some mistakes which were not our fault. We also informed you immediately that IF the parcel would not be delivered correctly to you,, you ALWAYS have the guarantee from us that we will resend it FREE again. The tracing number issue was by the UK Post and not our shipper. UK Post relabeled it to an UK trace & trace. And last, there was the issue that you use a third party, Borderlinx, for acceptance of the parcel, which makes it also somewhat difficult, because they do not accept the parcels based on the (correct) address label but basically just on the track & trace, which was relabeled. Summary: we agree there were in this case a lot of issues by third parties, but I hope you understand that we, from our side, did our utmost best to provide you the best possible help and information and also give you the guarantee that IF not received, money back or 2nd shipment.
