Good service, bad shipping

Overall, the serv ice was very good. The problem was with the shipping. In the website, it is mentioned that if you place an order before 17:00, the order will be delivered the following day. Even though I made the order before 17:00, it was not delivered the following day but the day after that. That created a big delay because the day that my order was delivered was Saturday, the delivery was made at 16:00 and the shop that was supposed to work as my pick up spot, closed at 17:00. That didn't give me enough time to pick it up and i had to wait until today.
