Few months into the purchase my…

Few months into the purchase my Honiture vacuum robot stopped working. Keep’s saying front bumber stuck! Called and wrote multiple times to the company and never got a response …. Too bad because I really enjoyed it. Funny that I am receiving promotional mails from them every week. 🙄

The vacuum stopped working and being able to locate the home base. I've emailed and messaged horniture for 4 months and they have not replied back. Customer service is the worst.

Great Value.

I like the vacuum. I have owned it for 6 months. The headlight, power, and battery operation time are (in my opinon) the best features.
I have an indoor long hair cat, and the X7 works great getting all the cat hair.

Very unhappy with the Honiture X 7 that…

Very unhappy with the Honiture X 7 that I purchased in July 2025. In 4 months I have contacted customer service who have been absolutely no help with the problem regarding run times. I now find myself with a further problem of the bottom part of the vacuum not spinning, causing the suction to not work properly. Avoid this company they don't respond to issues

Shocking lack of customer service

Shocking lack of customer service. The robot begun to malfunction after 10 months, well under evidently false 12-month warranty; contacted “customer support” several times with no response. Avoid.

The T10+ stopped working after 6 days…

The T10+ stopped working after 6 days use. The customer service team gave a generic response saying that it was a crack in the dust box. There was more than one issue with the machine. When I asked for a refund they said no refunds and stopped responding to my emails. It is an absolutely useless vaccum. Honiture are a dreadful company that do not honour their products. Avoid buying from them at all costs.

Honiture X7 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner very good.

Honiture have proved to be a well organised on-line company. The X7 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is well constructed and very efficient. Battery time in use is slightly optimistic but not a problem. Dust container has dust above Max but not full below ,needs cleaning out.

Save your money and skip this company

Save your money and skip this company. I purchased a Honiture X7, and after just one month it stopped working. I contacted both TikTok and Honiture for support but received no help at all. Beyond the frustration of a broken vacuum, the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Do NOT buy

Do NOT buy - £289 is not budget and after four excellent uses and empties, I went to empty the cartridge of the debris and could not reattach so couldn’t use it anymore. . No customer service, no ability address or phone number to return it to. Appalling will never purchase this brand again.

The vacuum works great

The vacuum works great. My wife accidentally threw out the hepa filter retainer with the hepa filter. I have been trying to get a replacement for almost 3 months. Customer service responded at first, but now I can not get a hold of anybody. The V8 PRO robot vacuum is useless without this part.

Ordered vacuum robot pro 20 on 25…

Ordered vacuum robot pro 20 on 25 September. Nothing received till now. I didn’t get any response after a lot of emails.
Op 19 december toch nog het bestelde pakket ontvangen van Honiture. Het heeft wel bijna 3 maanden geduurd. Heel blij mee dankjewel. Anneke van der Zon.

I’m beyond impressed with the Honiture…

I’m beyond impressed with the Honiture P7 Pro Cordless Vacuum. My husband (our resident “Mr. Mom”) has always sworn by his Shark, but I could never stand using it ... the house always smelled like dirt afterward, and no matter how much we vacuumed, there was still a layer of fine dust left behind. It was especially noticeable on our dark bed posts. The P7 Pro changed all of that. It picks up more of our Bulldog’s hair with less effort, and the difference in cleanliness is obvious. Our floors feel cleaner, the air in our home actually smells fresh, and the only place I see fine dirt now is inside the vacuum canister ... right where it belongs. This was the first product I’ve ever purchased from a Facebook ad that wasn’t a disappointment or a scam. The Honiture P7 Pro is absolutely the real deal and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I've purchased the p7 pro for it's anti…

I've purchased the p7 pro for it's anti hair wrap 🌯 and after just a week i thought I'll give it a check it! Well there was hair wrapped up round the brush roll so the so called anti hair wrap doesn't work .

Avoid buying

Bought X7 cordless vacuum in July 25, the light and brush stopped working by November. Have contacted customer service via email but no reply and no other way to contact them. I now have a hoover that doesn’t work and despite being under warranty no action from honiture.
03/04/26. The reply from honiture suggests I have not tried to contact them, have emailed their help contact twice four months ago with absolutely no response so for them to ask me to do it again is puzzling and due to their lack of response I had to buy another hoover.
I do not have any hope they will sort this out.

I bought the G20 Pro and was very happy…

I bought the G20 Pro and was very happy with the product. I think it's great value too. After 7 months it developed a fault. I contacted Honiture and they were very quick to respond and death with the problem quickly. After sending a video of the fault they arranged for a new one to be sent out and it was received a few days later. The customer service was excellent and I am very happy to have the robot vacuum doing a great job in my house again.
