This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my vacuum 17 days ago and it hasn’t arrived. I can’t submit a message to them as it won’t submit. There is no phone number. I am stuck and unable to move forward 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

Do not buy from Honiture!
We ordered a robot vacuum/mop from Honiture on 3/17/26 and the charge for it showed up immediately on our credit card account. Four days later I got an email from them asking me to email them the full credit card number and verify the shipping address which they included in that email. I replied that I would not put my credit card number in an email and that they obviously already had the information, as evidenced by the charge already showing on our CC account. Today (3/23) they sent me another email stating that our order had been cancelled due to my refusal to email the CC information. Considering their suspicious request, I'm extremely leery of this company's business practices. I do NOT recommend doing business with Honiture.

Great vacuum!

I loved my robot vacuum actually couldn’t believe how great it was for the price. Unfortunately we did encounter issues after a year but after a few attempts of contacting customer support I did get a lovely advisor who really wanted to help and got me a replacement which is now set up and running great again, over the moon to have it back as its a great piece of kit I really didnt want to be without, Thanks Danny!

my x7 pro was not what I expected
my x7 pro was not what I expected. the battery life stated 80 minutes, I can run this vacuum 33 minutes before recharging. the vacuum also will not stay up on its own in the locking position, needs to be leaned up against something.very cheaply made and get no response from there web site so I can not return it. overall do not recommend this product or company!

The vacuum that doesn’t work
The vacùum arrived when said, I went to charge the unit and it wouldn’t charge. So I contacted their customer service team and they asked me to send pictures of the charger and vacuum cleaner which I did in 24 hours. I heard nothing back after 3 days, so I sent another asking what were going to do. I sent 3 follow up emails and still they did not reply. So I thought I would ring, I spent an hour looking for a telephone I didn’t find so I sent another and to this day they have not contacted me.
This was a new unit straight out of the box.
I would not touch this company they have no customer support or sales support. I’m recovering my money via legal support.
I bought the unit through their website so they can’t blame anyone.
There should be a process to recover your money if they don’t answer the mail, they delivered it on the 18 Feb. The one star I gave them was because they got unit to me on time. Be careful…

Received the product
Received the product. It comes with different replacement brush heads and can clean sofas, beds, etc. It also does a great job picking up fine dust on the floor. I would recommend it.

Been trying to get in contact with a fault by email and getting no response, v8 hoover not even year old yet, concerned bubrhe time they replying will be out of warranty!

I purchased the Horniture P7 Pro…
I purchased the Horniture P7 Pro Cordless Vacuum, which arrived on 5/2/2026. On first use, the motor stopped repeatedly. I emailed Horniture, no response.
On the second attempt, it would not switch on. I emailed Horniture, no response. I have repeatedly tried to claim my money back, but they have not answered any of my emails. Today, 1/3/2026, I emailed Horniture again to claim under their warranty for faulty goods. I do not hold out for an answer. I have a faulty vacuum and nowhere to go to; to get my money back unless there is someone out there who can help.

I love my new Honiture P7 Pro Cordless Vacuum, it's even better than my Dyson!!!
First and foremost the design is so stylish and it's my favorite color "champagne gold" so cute. The suction is powerful picks up everything on my carpets and hardwood floors. You don't have worry about your vacuum dying, Deep clean your entire home with 80min runtime. its a plus that it also has a fresh scent fragrance. Another cool feature is that it's self standing🤗 as a busy mom who is always on the go, this vacuum really helps clean my home effortlessly. The many different attachments is pretty easy and quick to use. Customer service is 10/10 I originally purchased the older model Honiture X7 Cordless Vacuum then noticed the P7 and they let me upgrade at no additional charge.
The cordless P7 Pro
The cordless P7 Pro looks well build and is lightweight that makes vacuuming easy for the stairs. It picks up dirt great and the air filter is excellently designed to block stale vacuum air from coming back out during vacuuming. I am happy with the purchase.

With the recent dusty weather, this vacuum has made cleaning much easier. It’s lightweight and effortless to push.
Safety hazard
I purchased the Honiture X7 vacuum cleaner from Snapbuy UK a year ago, and while the vacuum itself has been great, the charger nearly caused a fire and put myself and those around me in serious danger. After using the charger, I noticed it was overheating, and I could smell burning. It was a terrifying experience that could have resulted in a major fire.
When I reached out to both Snapbuy and Honiture, I was shocked by their refusal to provide a replacement charger under warranty. To make matters worse, I was told that you can't purchase a replacement charger anywhere, as confirmed by two electricians I consulted.
It's incredibly disappointing that these companies don't take responsibility for faulty, potentially dangerous products. I'm still waiting to see if they'll honor their warranty and replace the charger, but at this point, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from either Snapbuy or Honiture. I can’t trust these companies with my safety, and I’d advise others to steer clear.

Solid vacuum with good customer service
The customer service was really good. I had a misplaced order and they resolved it quickly.
Honiture P7 Pro is good especially for its price. It offers strong suction power along with a useful set of accessories that cover most cleaning needs. The battery life is quite good for regular use, and the motorized roller brush helps with stains on the floor. Overall, it’s a solid value for money vacuum.
I owned a Dyson and it broke after 2 years
I owned a Dyson cordless vacuum for two years when the power head broke. I called Dyson to replace the powerhead and they said it had been discontinued and wanted me to purchase a replacement model for over $300 which I declined.
Saw the ad for the Honiture cordless vacuum on You Tube which I purchased. Couldn't be happier, fantastic vacuum with headlight on the powerhead, bigger debris container, battery lasts one hour, great accessories and now I can vacuum the whole house on one battery charge. Very nice machine and would highly recommend it. My wife loves it too.
