My mother's internet was down and there…
My mother's internet was down and there was no dial tone on her line. It only took one call to Home Telecomm support and within a few minutes Scott had identified a fault on the line and arranged for an engineer to investigate and fix the external issue. Great friendly service.

Some guy called Daniel asked me to…
Some guy called Daniel asked me to mention his name in a review, Daniel gave me very limited options for my bills, going with the most expensive one being bunch, he pressured me to sign up as quick as possible, I understand putting pressure on a sale is a sales technique, he then lied to me saying there is a 14 day cooling off period and it’s easy to cancel if I change my mind, it’s actually really difficult and I’m going to get charged even tho I’m cancelling, another guy from the same number called and gave me a much better option where I will be spending about half as much on my bills, he told me he would send me an email on how to set up my water bill because that was the only part he couldn’t sort out, he never sent me that email, I was asked to give a 5 star review and mention Daniel’s name because of a competition they are having in the office, of course I waited to see how everything panned out before leaving my review and it’s a 1 but I actually wouldn’t rate this service at all I would avoid them
