Scam! Fraud! Do not trust!

Somehow, using competitions or other equivalent methods of obtaining my personal data; Homeenter sent me a package of chocolate and a membership of ClubChokolade.
I've NEVER signed up for this, and immediately sent them an email asking for cancellation of this ridiculous membership.
As they are NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY and their main purpose seems to be to strip money from the public, they kept sending me orders of payment. Including a fee to get rid of them!
Well, NO REASONABLE PERSON SHALL PAY FOR THIS!
They keep sending me bills. And since Nov 2010 the amount has increased from kr.38 to kr.545.
The latest letter I got from them presents the "Inkasso threat", meaning that my name will figure within the bad payers list if they don't get $$$.
It surprises me to see such a scammer as this big e-commerce company.
I've contacted a lawyer today and she affirms that these practices undertaken by Homeenter AB and ClubChokolade are UNLAWFUL!
I wish this company goes bust and all managers are sent to JAIL!
