Issues both ways
Update: On responding to the reply below, holiday transfers investigated, got no response from the local transfer company but refunded the majority of the costs, Happy with their responses and the outcome.
They didn’t have a taxi waiting for out of the airport so ended up asking another airport driver to take us after 15 minutes of waiting.
Going back to the airport the driver got pulled by the police for making a u turn where he shouldn’t have.
So 45 minutes each way for what should have been a 25 minute transfer. Still, it was cheap.

when I landed at airport it was easy…
when I landed at airport it was easy for me to find transfer desk for first time using holiday transfer .they were polite and friendly and spoke good English also the coach was clean and comfortable and modern and the driver going to hotel dropped us off right outside and ringing to confirm return pick up was straight forward and made it less stressful for me as I don't use a touch screen phone so I will be using this company again
