Great service from Helen Coates
Helen Coates booked our cruise and nothing was too much trouble. We are one couple who are part of a wedding group and she managed to get us close to those who had already booked and is even dealing direct with P&O regarding medical requests.
I’d never dealt with her or even heard of this company before, and was a bit worried as you hear of all sorts of scams these days, but I’d no reason to be. As far as agents go I would definitely recommend her and give her 5 stars. In my opinion she has gone above and beyond what I expected.

Great customer service. Very helpful and friendly. We asked for a number of resort recommendations based on set criteria given and all were provided within 48 hours that met that. All we had to do was pick the resort/accommodation from that list we liked the most. First class service booking, very quick, no hassle
