My experience this time was good. It was probably because I paid for express delivery. My order three weeks ago was a joke. Placed my order on the Monday, you took the money out of my account on the Monday but the order wasn't despatched till the end of the week and this was after I phoned you twice to find out what was going on. Sorry HMV sort your act out, if your not going to despatched the order don't take the money

The records were delivered quickly and…
The records were delivered quickly and were well protected by the packaging. The only downside was that one of the vinyls had not been finished correctly and had some extra vinyl on the edges. However, as the record was sealed, that wasn't HMVs fault.
