Me and my friend went in looking for a Nelly cd and asked a member of staff politely a man with a fizzy blonde head and a tatty beard who wore glasses and he was rude instantly of the bat he looked through the N section of artist and said to me and my friend we don’t sell music like that’s because he’s irrelevant and old maybe if he’d done something recently he’d be here but no on really cares about him it was a bit hash and he was all together rude when we asked for another artist, it even seemed to go so far he had personal vendetta against the artist Nelly his attitude was just rude and unprofessional and left me and my friend leave the store quite unsatisfied and felling a bit offended usually we have a lovely experience but today was unfortunately not the case beware this man

This whole process felt really joined up and it arrived quickly

Ordered an LP online - click and collect in shop. Cover torn on top and bent at the bottom, but I had broken the seal before I realised, so unable to return. £50 wasted.

HMV helped me get hard to find DVDs
The DVDs arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise and all the discs were in great condition. The cashier who served me was very friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for. Overall, it was a positive experience!
