The staff in the Uxbridge are so helpful & knowledgeable, its a pleasure to shop in there the two James who work there are excellent. They are all an asset to HMV.

Nice place to shop for gifts
Staff were very helpful. The figure I needed was not available in store but he facilitated the online order. I picked up the last item in two days without any fuss.

I was fortunate enough to pre-order an album from HMV which actually managed to turn up early. It was easy to pre-order and the staff were friendly when I ordered in store.
