Great service at HMV Reading
The salesperson at HMV Reading, Phil K, was very helpful. He ordered the CD album for me, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I was pleasantly surprised that it was dispatched in just three days—it was much faster than I expected. Great service, and I’m very happy with my experience!

I ordered my DVD in March and paid for…
I ordered my DVD in March and paid for it but the DVD wasnt due to be released until June. I was kept well informed of what was happening to my order. The staff were very helpful and very professional

Good products and fast delivery.
I've been buying from HMV online store for several years. They offer a wide range of DVD and Blu-Rays at reasonable price, and fast delivery. Very professional and friendly staff at the Reading Oracle location.

Good friendly pleasant and efficient staff in the Reading branch. Seem to be doing fine if the amount of people in store on the day is anything to go by.
Not many options to purchase music on the high street nowadays but HMV roll on thankfully despite the not too distant difficulties they faced. Music wise a great option in contrast to the impersonal massive commercial juggernaut that dominates nowadays.
