An Impressive Service
I was very impressed with the service at Hidden Hearing. I completed an enquiry form on a Friday evening, and had an appointment booked by the Monday morning. Andrew explained everything clearly and thoroughly and had such a calming, friendly manner. I would fully recommend them.

Great first experience of a hearing test.
Andrew was very welcoming when I arrived at the clinic. He explained the process clearly before asking about any pertinent personal and family medical history.
The actual test was conducted professionally and the results were explained clearly.

As usual the experience was great. Got an appointment to fix my left hearing aid quickly. Andrew (Ipswich branch) was friendly and professional as usual. He fixed my hearing aid and gave me a hearing test at the same time. A great service!
