They don’t want to be called scammers but they also don’t send you the products you order. I ordered November 2022 for Black Friday and never received the products. They do not answer emails or comments on instagram from people who do not receive their orders. They made excuse after excuse on why they didn’t send orders on instagram and now they just don’t post anything addressing orders that haven’t been delivered in almost a year. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and acts like a duck…

I have ordered the items more than 1.5 month now. They have not given any update, they don’t reply to any email, they have taken the money but no product. It is a scam.

I placed an order April 12, 2023 and have yet to receive anything from this company. I’ve sent a dozen emails. I’ve tried contacting through Facebook and Instagram, only to have them report my comments.
My order was updated in June to “shipped” but I was never given any tracking information.
I was hoping to share these with friends and festivals/events which would have brought in a ton of sales. I should have read the warnings of the other 3000 people here who have been scammed by this company.

TOTAL SCAM. messaged them on facebook, instagram and via email and get ignored. Many others having the same issue. Paying for items that never get sent.

I placed an order for several products in December of 2022. It is now mid-October of 2023, and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent dozens of emails at this point. When they actually do respond (rare), I’m told my order is being “processed” and will ship in the next few days. I’ve been told this same thing over and over again since March. This business is a scam, and I have no idea how it is still in operation.

No one ever answer. You never get your product and you will just loose money on this. Thet are scammers. I ordered 31 january and now i just want to get my money back so i Can order some products another plage where i know i dont get scammed

I don't like leaving bad reviews. I always give a chance but this company is odd, the product looks so stunning but it almost feels fake.
I placed an order in November of 2022, not a big one just a couple pigments I saw on the reels they post.
Fast forward to February and I haven't received an update. Gave the benefit of maybe black friday and xmas was slowing them down. Early March I send an email, and dm on Instagram. Nothing.
Forward to may, another email, another dm. Nothing still.
Fast forward to July, same ritual, email dm, Nothing still. August, Nothing. Almost a year? That's absolutely horrible. If I knew it'd take that long I'm fine with waiting. But no heads up, nothing. Just fake emails about being dispatched after the fact.

Ended up having to back charge through PayPal and get my money back. I'm hoping one day they'll be able to improve their business front but I definitely seem like I'm one of at least hundreds of people.

It's now October and if I ever received anything, I would just return to shipper.

BTW they daily post new products and clearance sales as if they do ship things? I don't trust this company with my money.

TOOK MY $350, IGNORED MY POLITE & INQUISITIVE EMAILS ASKING WHEN I MAY EXPECT MY PRODUCTS, & THEN THEY BLOCKED ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS SO I, & OTHERS, COULDNT GET THE TRUTH OUT TO THEIR NEXT POTENTIAL VICTIMS.

I USED THE 50% OFF CODE BACK IN JANUARY AND SPENT A HUGE (huge to me, at least) AMOUNT OF MY MONEY ONLY TO GET NOTHING BUT BLOCKED.

ITS SUCH A SCAM, THAT THERES AN ENTIRE IG PAGE CALLED @boycotthiddencosmetics WITH TESTIMONY AFTER TESTIMONY OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS.

WE WOULD ALL HAVE BEEN BETTER TO GET TOGETHER AND BURN OUR HARD EARNED CASH RIGHT INTO A BONFIRE, AT LEAST THEN WE’D HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF GOING TO A BONFIRE.

SPEND YOUR MONEY LITERALLY ANY OTHER WAY AT ANY OTHER PLACE.. but

I put in an order back in December of 2022 for like ~$51 USD. I saw the messages on their IG talking about Royal Mail etc. etc. so I cut them A LOT of slack. I finally got an Email in April 2023 saying my order was shipped. If I click on the tracking it shows what I ordered, the order amount, and the note "Due to Royal Mail (Cyber Attack) there’s delays with international orders. For more information please visit our Instagram for daily updates @hiddencosmetics all post will be pinned." I followed up with an Email in June stating I still had not received anything, and they responded and said that my order is in process and I would receive a shipping confirmation. Well, I never got one. I've Emailed them 3x to follow up, and now don't even receive a response. I tried to DM them on IG, but they don't accept new message requests. I posted a comment on their latest IG post, and that got reported. This is completely ridiculous and a total scam. They were quick to take my money back in December 2022 but can't even respond to Emails... smh. Don't buy from them.

Please please, do not buy from Hidden Cosmetics..
I ordered products at the end of January, received some correspondence and was told that due to Royal Mail strikes my parcel would take a while.
Rewind to June, I was sent an email advising me that my order was "being processed..." and would be sent first class signed delivery.
I never received any update that it had been posted and no tracking information, sent several messages since with zero response (it's now October..)
Feel like a mug for giving them the benefit of the doubt, I doubt PayPal will give me a refund now because I've left it so long!

This is an absolute scam. I ordered at the beginning of the year. First it said that there were problems with the Royal Mail. Which can also be sometimes. But other orders from the UK arrived without any problems. Up to today, Emails are not answered, even on Instagram no response. I can no longer believe that even one positive comment is true. My money is gone, so I can only warn others. Do not buy there!

Ordered in January and haven‘t receieved anything so far. First they said Royal Mail was hacked and has delivery problems but sorry this is now not an excuse anymore! I have recieved other mails from the UK so Royal Mail is no issue anymore. They also don‘t answer E-Mails anymore, also they don‘t answer on instagram. They post with sales etc. and I really hope people don‘t buy from this company. I haven‘t lost that much money but I can‘t believe they come through with it! So do never buy something there, they are scammers! And I‘m sure if they post stories that orders have arrived and people are doing bad reviews I‘m sure these screenshots are even faked.

The items advertised are stunning but this company is an absolute scam.

100 % 0 Stars!!!! I made the mistake of ordering from them a year ago. They will take your money, and never ship out your order. If you try to get in contact with them, they will give excuses about it being late and that’s even if they choose to reply back.
Plus they refuse to reimburse/refund your money back overall. This is an absolutely terrible company, and what’s even worse is that they continue to promote deals as well as their “products” on both their Instagram and company page. Don’t fall for it.

Ordered in januari, did not receive me order yet now it is october. Customers service is not answering my messages. Don't order anything here!

I never got my order. I ordered back in march 2023. Its now september 2023 and i still havent received anything. Compny just told me to track the package on the shop app; which has no tracking information. This is a complete scam of a company. Dont waste your time or money. I honestly wish i had done more research before ordering. Id love to give 0 stars but i cant. This has been so unprofessional.

order placed last day of July. Never received. Never shipped. Never refunded. No communication.

2 orders never recieved either.
Ordered in April 2023. No responses to emails. No communication. No tracking numbers. No customer service. No refund. I can provide photos of 20+ emails sent without response.

Ordered €50 worth of products December 2022 as a gift for my girlfriend, it's September 24th 2023, still nothing. I've emailed back and forth with them until June. They kept telling me to be patient and stuff. It's all lies, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It's a waste of money and time. They're just scammers.

I would love to put 0 stars but 1 will suffice. I purchased one eyeshadow Dec 2022 and it’s September 23rd 2023 and nothing. They won’t respond or anything. Hopefully enough people will report them or make bad reviews to help stop this company from screwing over innocent people.
