A Deceptive Experience
I purchased the Panorama RS-18 wood stove fireplace from HGB Trading, enticed by their showroom featuring an array of attractive products at appealing prices. Regrettably, my experience with the fireplace has been nothing short of disappointing.
From its very first use, the fireplace began exhibiting damages, and its condition only worsens with each subsequent use. It's important to note that I've always used dry firewood and never burned more than one piece at a time, following standard fireplace usage guidelines.
Upon reaching out to the store regarding the warranty, I was informed that the fireplace is "too hot" and nothing can be done. This response is both disheartening and unprofessional. As a customer who invested in a product intended to enhance my living space, I now find it doing the opposite.
I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when considering purchases from HGB Trading. The lack of durability in their products, coupled with an unsatisfactory response to warranty concerns, has left me with a negative impression of the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
