CHASING FOR 4 MONTHS NOW

CHASING FOR 4 MONTHS NOW
CHASING FOR 4 MONTHS NOW. They are absolute ridiculous and not at all accepting their faults. I have had like 6 parcels missing, not delivered or stolen due to negligence of this company.
I have been asking for evidences of pictures that parcel has been delivered and they failed on it by stating parcel has been delivered and i can view pictures on tracking. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH AND DISGUSTING SERVICE , TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I WILL NOT STOP HERE UNTIL I GET FULL REFUNDS OF ALL MY PARCELS

I’m never using Hermes again

I’m never using Hermes again. I’ll rather pay extra and use Royal Mail. Shocking service. My £70 parcel is lost and I got no way of contacting this shocking company. I don’t understand how they are able to trade without providing customers a way of contacting them. Only have this stupid automated system with pre filled answers

Hermes. Chapter Four.

Rate my recent experience? Which experience, exactly? The experience where I felt physically threatened by Hermes? Or, the experience of Trust Pilot shutting me down? Which? Specifically? The one that tells me I have no proof? That one? How strange, that all of a sudden, Trust Pilot allows me on here again. All I want is for my parcel to be delivered to my address, not a bin. It's not difficult.
You'd think. You'll be lucky (and alive) to read this review. Hermes Investment Management. LOL!! My mouth is too large. Too wide open. And somehow, Trust Pilot is connected. Hence me being shut down.

Delivery service for those who just don't care

I always have issues with Hermes. This time for example they showed that they 'tried to deliver' by attaching a GPS tag half way across London and a photo of my package in their van. That's just proof they didn't try! Why do companies continue to use them!

DO NOT USE HERMES

DO NOT USE HERMES.
I SENT A PARCEL USING HERMES PAID EXTRAS SIGNATURE,INSURANCE THE PARCEL WASN'T DELIVERED O FOUND OUT IT WSS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT,
WHEN I RANG HERMES IT WAS ALWAYS AN AUTOMATED CALL I SUPPLIED THEM WITH AN RETURN ADDRESS BUT RECEIVED NOTHING.
IT'S BEEN 4 WEEKS NOW I'VE JUST BEEN TOLD ITS AT THE POST OFFICE BUT I DON'T KNOW WICH ONE, MY ADVICE DO NOT USE HERMES THEY HAVE GOT A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ON OTHER PLATFORMS.

AVOID Impossible to contact customer service

Impossible to contact customer service there is a virtual assistant which is not usable at all and you cannot chat with a human at all there is no email address and no phone numbers so if you send a parcel with them and gets lost you have no way to contact them at all

Useless !!!!!!apparently “attempted” delivery when their was 5 of us in the house at the time so obvs would have heard the door payed next day delivery too FUMING

Zero stars

Do not use this disgrace of a company. Youl loose every parcel. You can't contact them or speek to anyone. Then they get "rid" of your item you've sent
Stating its been over 29 days when youv been trying the whole bloody time to get hold of them. Total failed duty of care. With angry recipients paying for items leves us so out of pocket. £300 down thanks to this company and not spoken to one human to help. No email or answers back should be ashamed 🤬😡🤬🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕😡🤬😡🤬🖕🤬😡🤬🖕🤬😡🤬🖕🤬😡

Poor delivery service

Poor delivery service.
Delivery by taxi. Driver not really bothered where parcel went. Very little customer commitment showing on delivery side.

Atrocious and uncaring

A parcel of great personal value was "delivered" today. It was tossed over a fence onto a patio and left in the rain. The box was destroyed and the contents damaged. I spent 45 minutes on the web chat and their summary - sorry for the inconvenience, contact your sender. If you value your business or your goods do not use Hermes. They simply do not care.
