Customer service second to none .
I wondered where my parcel was as had ordered on a Thursday .
Concerned had a winge .
Turned out it was all my fault .
Had not read that orders , only dispatched on Wednesdays . So my bad !
Had replies to my questions immediately via email and 3 attempts to contact me by phone.
Absolute delight talking to the lady on the phone dealing with my order . She went the extra mile , it was completely my fault, I apologized but she wouldn’t have any of it .
Breath of fresh air , talking to such a down to earth helpful professional young lady , that went that extra mile . Package was delivered the next day , well packed .
Will definitely use this company again . Highly recommended

I have used Henry Krank in the past and I have always got an excellent service from them. So I have no problem in using them again in the future.

This is a truly outstanding company. In the last two weeks, orders placed mid afternoon have been delivered by 10am the next day. The product range in stock is perhaps the best in the UK. Very highly recommended.

Unfortunately I'm not a frequent user but when ever I have I've been more than happy with the purchase,price and delivery. I find their web catalogue
a must just to while-away time. Take no notice of the date I have entered the truth is my last purchase was pre Covid but the review form says must be within last12 months, but then who buys tyres every year.

A well laid out website, easy to order everything I wanted was in stock.
