Edith Furtong is a perfect provider to me! She is very compassionate, professional, educated and she listens. She is honest and truly cares about my needs. I'm so glad I found her after meeting with other providers that I just did not connect with. She is the best fit for me! I am very confident working with her!

Derek was super helpful. Very knowledgeable and empathetic. Definately recommend him to others.

Wasted my time setting up an account and going through the entire process. Baited me with $41 appointment, the fine print said and up. After getting set up it looks like most providers are about $299 per visit with a few being $199. the local doctors are still less expensive than this.

This is a SCAM! I booked an appointment for my family member, for Saturday morning (which I booked late Friday night) and they charged me $187. I went in to cancel it and there was no option to do so. I attempted rescheduling and it booked me another appointment for the next day. I called 30 minutes prior to the initial booked appointment and the "Doctor" immediately answered and said they would refund my money after I explained the circumstances. I have not received a refund and today is Wednesday. It appears that they just want your money by offering appointments with no option to reschedule when the appointment was booked just hours in advance. Don't pay them up front, or your money will be taken from you!!

Waste of money! 1st, after making an appointment and putting my credit card information in the klarity website I was then asked to also put my credit card information into a different website to be able to confirm the appointment with the doctor. So weird.
2nd, my appt was scheduled for 3pm, the doctor rescheduled it to 4:15pm and asked if it was ok after doing it. It was fine but there was nothing easy or smooth about this process.
And 3rd the doctor barely asked me questions about my actual symptoms instead asking if im having suicidal thoughts and self harm, which i get he has to ask, but that has nothing to do with me not being about to focus and get things done and be productive. He then asked me 2 questions about when I was in middle school, 30 years ago. He said if I really had adhd I would remember specific incidents in elementary school. Which I completely dont understand, I can barely remember what I did last week. He then continued that it could be my hormones that id need blood work and then another appt with him. He told me to go see a primary physician, get tests done and go back to him. Why would i do that to spend another 200 dollars for the next appt plus whatever the primary doctor costs and lab tests. The purpose of me using and paying Klarity was to not gave to go to a primary physician which will take a long time to get an appt and to help me save some money. Waste of time and money, I don't feel like I was actually listened to or understood, instead the doctor looked like he could barely keep his eyes open and just wanted to get off the call. My session was scheduled for 45 minutes, we only talked for 30 minutes. This website talks a whole lot about compassion, I did NOT experience any compassion, just low cold energy, no personality, he couldn't even crack a little smile and show me he was an actual person who cared, I left feeling like I was a bother to him. I wish I could get my money back! Worst 1st experience with a mental health doctor, which am regretting now. I am definitely not one to leave bad reviews but its alot of money for people to just waste on this but if it works for you, I am happy for you. It didnt work for me.

Update. I was literally charged $235 for a 30 minute call, which was supposed to be 45 minutes. When I made the initial appointment it said it would cost $197. Do Not go to Dr. Tobiloba Adewolu, hes cold and adds more stress than actually helps.

I dont feel like she was the right provider for me or listened to what exactly I lined out. She started me on schizophrenia medication and manic depressive medication neither of which I have issues for my initial visit was because I have an acute panic disorder along with GAD and I started my meds she prescribed last night and had the absolute worst panic attack of my life this morning and the migrain was so bad I couldn't work and I live on my work location so I had no choice but to suffer through the pain.

I truly felt heard during my appointment and that she will be with me through the entire process.

I recently visited Dr. Nichola Patton and I cannot speak highly enough about her and the exceptional care she provided; it is unmatched. She made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. It is difficult to find a good doctor; her level of expertise and compassion sets her apart. I am grateful to have found her and highly recommend her.

Efficiency and thoroughness.

Sub par on aligning good providers verse New in the door, have no idea what they’re doing providers. I received a good one, my referred wife got one who would not continue her medication from a 9+ year history with a paramount licensed psychiatrist. Without making her jump through all kinds of medical hoops that were not necessary to state regulations. OK, no problem. Best part, Klaritys Dr put her on medication that does affect a risk to her health and does require additional medical evaluations to be on, but did not require her to seek those medical evaluations and just prescribed it anyway. Which did not help at all, as she knew wouldn’t

Also total bait and switch marketing tactic on the $10 off coupon. 5 months with Klaritys recommended services. Even escalated it all the way up to corporate, which said it would be taken care of in five days. After pushing it off several times as not their responsibility. Fast forward 3 months, Klarity still has not honored the coupon for either patient. Is the principle, not the amount. Do business honestly with integrity or don’t promote yourself as such.

Response To Klarity “We’d like to make it right”- Dear Klarity, look at the long string of emails from September 3, 2025 where you said exactly that same thing, but yet again failed to come through repeatedly. I’d be happy to provide all of them for the third time. I already responded to your promise to take care of it back on 9/10/25 under M.Cifrodella. Which you escalated it all the way to the upper management as you stated and yet again nothing. I love my provider, she’s not the problem, your lack of follow-through and unfulfilled promises are.

S.Latkovich: you’ll see a very brief and inexperienced case history with her doctor. Not that you’ll follow through on that given your proven track record. But enjoy. (ANY further validation and proof of service I am happy to provide it all. Patients deserve honesty, the truth, transparency, and people who take their money to stick to their word. It was easy and convenient to find a knowledgeable provider who seems they really want to help. Feeling better since I started.

I have been going through some very challenging experiences and James has an ability to have me see it in another light, James all has a great sense of humor which i need.

This doctor is the epitome of an amazing trauma informed patient centered doctor and he’s funny so could it really get any better? He puts his patients first and is incredible. I’ve had a hard time finding a doctor to stick with. My symptoms are significantly improved since working with doctor valinoti he’s an icon and a legend

Dr Hill was very sincere and easy to talk to she was a bright light that I have been searching for this entire year someone that listens and listens with detail and gives you as much time as you need to say what you have to is a refined in this fast-paced Society we live in she does not rush the appointments she makes educated decisions that are proven right for the right people she's made a huge difference in my life emotionally mentally and physically and I could not advise any of the doctor but her for anybody that feels they need a good doctor to treat them she is great in everything, wonderful bedside manner very knowledgeable in her field of training very up-to-date on new medications and ways to diagnose different medications and how they affect your body she is great and I can't say enough good things about her if you're lucky enough to get her I would grab a while you could I'm so glad I got in with her

With all the scams out there promising to help Klarity seems like the real deal! Efficient, professional and they walk the walk with their product claims

Dr Hill, was very patient, understanding and easy to talk to and share with about the problems going on in my life.

Dr kelly is literally a safe space for mental health patients, i have never felt any judgment from her no matter the conversation. She is also very straightforward no nonsense no bs because she truly wants to help you feel better. And she is super knowledgeable but doesn’t use “dr speak” on you.
