Dismissive and Money-Focused, Not Patient-Focused
I paid $250 for a same-day appointment and asked about Ativan for breakthrough anxiety since their ad specifically mentioned prescribing controlled substances if appropriate. I understood it might not be given, but the doctor dismissed my concerns and instead pushed Zoloft—despite me clearly explaining that I’d already tried it, that it makes me very sleepy, and that I work during the day. I even asked about non-controlled alternatives, but he still insisted on Zoloft, prescribing only 12 pills (not even a full month) and telling me to book another appointment in 12 days.
This came across as more about generating follow-up fees than actually helping. He also implied—without saying it directly—that maybe I’d been denied benzos in the past because of addiction, which felt accusatory and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I noticed they deleted my comment on their Facebook ad after I had said I’d update others on my experience.
I’m not upset about not getting Ativan since they were clear it would only be prescribed if appropriate, but I do feel it was necessary in my case. What bothers me is the dismissive attitude, the short Zoloft prescription, and the push to come back so soon. He also literally told me he didn't want to prescribe it because he didn't know if I'd come back. Overall, I felt unheard, minimized, and that my money was valued more than my care.

I had an appointment with Noussaiba Ayour. She was kind and very professional. This was a legit experience I had a little trepidation going into it and I had no issues whatsoever. I'm not sure why they are negative reviews for Klarity. I had an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend not only this particular clinician but the website itself they're very thorough.

I like her she is a good counselor but I was on two 10 mg Valiums a day and that's what I was expecting to get also and she has me on 2 mg Valiums a day one and a half a day and it's not cutting it my anxiety is getting so bad I can't go to work or anything and I need someone who will give me the medicine that I'm used to taking

Skin & Hair transformative results
I usually don't write reviews but I must say the customer service by Dr. Colin at Restorative Med Spa NYC is exceptional and my results are transformative. I waited for a while before writing this review because i wanted to see results first. I came because of acne scars and dark marks. I receive a free consultation and plan. We started with a chemical peel series then added the vampire facial with PRF. I've gotten microneedling before but never seen this drastic improvement in my acne scars. I've also had some treatment for my thinning edges; my hair is growing in nicely. All my questions were answered; and she made me feel seen and cared for. Don’t Waste Your Money …
Lol! I was asked to review my appointment with Angel De Armas on 7/01/25 that never took place because he no longer works there.
Klarity is a scam. They take money from desperate unhealthy people and provide nothing in return, including no ability to provide prescriptions that their own employees who actually take these appointments acknowledge are necessary for the patient’s health. I just got ripped out of $500. Don’t waste your money.

Definitely recommend - quick, easy, & thorough
Laurie was very on-task, efficient, and seemed to know what she was doing very well. We covered a lot of ground in a short period. Listened intently, gently steered, put the big picture together and offered a good plan for going forward.
