Well since I reactivated my subscription the chicken stuffed peppers one of the peppers was rotten thanks Lilly I had peppers in my fridge to replace the one I received from you. One of the reasons I canceled last time was I had received sub par produce

I find that sometimes the produce…

I find that sometimes the produce included is old and wilted. The meat packages leak and the boxes are not well insulated so things are not as cold as they should be.

The meals are delicious and very easy…

The meals are delicious and very easy to make. It takes all the guesswork out of what to make for dinner and all the ingredients are included and prepped.
I work full time so I find it so convenient to grab the package from the fridge, follow the instructions and have dinner on the table in a half hour.

I have not been with you for long

I have not been with you for long. Just got my first order. Missing ingredients on one, and then again on another. I only contacted about one order. Seriously, quality control needs to be improved.

We enjoy this service

We enjoy this service.
When we have a lot on the go, I can get the kids to grab a meal from the fridge to prepare for the family. Recipes are typically easy to follow and the food is tasty.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HELLO FRESH

I will never, ever go on your website again! Just because I looked at it and ordered stuff three years ago, does not mean you can automatically renew my account and send me food, especially food i would never eat, and charge my credit card without my authorization!!
My recommendation? Don’t order anything from you!

Hello Fresh used to be amazing BUT

Hello Fresh used to be amazing BUT, now the ingredients are cheap, the mean quality is cheap, most dishes come with potatoes (BORING) chicken thigh and ground chicken is now predominant in the dishes, it's just cheapened overall and such a disappointment. Now, they seem to be having delivery issues. Our box didn't arrive this week for some reason, no explanation. I think we'll cancel entirely. Just isn't what it used to be.

l love the recipes and lm very happy…

l love the recipes and lm very happy with the service. l do think it gets a bit pricy. But overall we are very happy with it.

It’s all good

It’s all good.
The only thing I would suggest is not giving a whole head of garlic. I have all this garlic now. Maybe just give 1-2 cloves as needed. Seems wasteful and too much garlic.

Delayed box caused issues

Overall, I enjoy the box I think it’s a good way to have meals that come together nicely and actually helps with cooking and having a few ideas even without getting the box. The one concern I had was during the winter months. One of the box got cancelled and I work on the road every few days so I select my Delivery days on days that I’m home and working from this area the day got cancelled and they delivered the next day when I was on the road for a couple days. It was outside in the cold and froze solid when I returned the goods I ate as much as I could, but I had to throw a lot of it out because I was unsure about the meats and such I would’ve delayed my delivery however it said it was already delivered. I called in and they told me I couldn’t change the delivery so I felt like I wasted that entire box due to the change of weather again I know it was Purolator and not your team and had no had no control however I was talking with a representative on the phone and they didn’t really seem to care so anyway I was a little bit disappointed overall though when the product arrives on time and I get it it’s a great product however I got a little bit of a sour taste from that one cancellation due to snow and then delivered on a date that I wasn’t present and arrived home with the whole box completely frozen
