Their soup cans are designed incorrectly. They can no longer be safely stacked on top of each other raising the real risk that a heavy can could fall onto a small child from a significant height. Also... See more

Trying to click ZERO stars
Trying to click ZERO stars, but unfortunately it won't let me. Due to my current contracted location, I unfortunately don't have access to fresh ingredients, instead, I was subjected to torture. On our contract, on a very isolated island, we eventually grew towards the end of our fresh produce, then our canned and preserved produce. I noticed that the only food items left were all labeled Heinz. Some of the lads were skipping their meals and holding onto their food until their hunger could no longer take it. I come from a country where the food is always fresh, healthy and tastes incredible, I also can never get enough of amazing soups. Once our stocks started running dry, we then ran into the Heinz products. I was cold and hungry and picked up a can of vegetable soup. I was excited to warm myself on your soup and after heating it over a fire, opening the tin and taking a sip, I immediately spat it out. It tasted like a mouthful of ketchup with a few pieces of rejected frozen veg, as if they were the sweepings off the floor of the frozen veg factory. I felt quite sick after that. I now understand why the lads went hungry, as while I could barely stomach your soup, they were enjoying their breakfast that was cooked 2 days ago. I can't even go on to describe your other soups, infact I can't even call them soups, it's more of a "well, let's see what we can sweep up and turn into the most utter and vile crap and call it a soup". Honestly, absolutely disgusting. A little fresh veg, herbs and spices would go a long way. Anyway, enough said, never again will I buy another product of yours. I'm not mad, I'm just really disappointed. Infact I'm actually truly disgusted. I bet your CEO doesn't have a single Heinz product in his house and would be cotching his guts out if he had to give it a try.
I had spaghetti bolognese for many…
I had spaghetti bolognese for many years this is my favourite of all Heinz priducts and today I had some for lunch but noticed the taste is very vinegary or balsamic in taste, its watery, the pasta has a strange taste but lacking in taste and no meat there,m i had to check inhad the right one, the price is high for this rubbish, why has this changed, please reinstate it.
I used to love heinz oxtail soup BUT!
I used to enjoy Heinz oxtail soup. It was once a flavourful product with genuine pieces of oxtail and a pleasant aroma. Unfortunately, the current recipe is a significant disappointment.
The soup now lacks any real depth of flavour, has an unappealing smell, and contains no discernible pieces of oxtail. Its consistency resembles a cheap, overly thickened product, relying heavily on thickeners rather than quality ingredients. The result is bland and far inferior to the original recipe. The presence of cornflour on the ingredients list is unsurprising, as it appears to be used to create the impression of a more substantial soup than is actually the case.
Particularly concerning is the fact that oxtail accounts for only 1% of the ingredients. It is difficult to justify labelling a product as “oxtail soup” when the named ingredient is present in such minimal quantity. This feels misleading. By the same logic applied to other products (for example, a meat and potato pie being renamed a potato and meat pie, according to the dominant ingredient and new UK laws), a product whose primary ingredient is tomatoes (18%) should more accurately be described as a tomato-based soup with a small amount of beef flavouring and thickener, containing only 1% oxtail.
I have lost confidence in Heinz. Following the period of lockdown, the company appears to have priced itself out of the market and is now attempting to regain ground by offering cheaper but inferior versions of its former products. Clearer labelling regulations are needed to prevent manufacturers from prominently featuring an ingredient in the product name when it constitutes only a negligible proportion of the contents. Shame on you heinz!
What is going on with this company
What is going on with this company , they were proactive in increasing prices on basic products like beans and now the chicken soup no longer had chicken chunks . More interested in profit , which only comes from customer loyalty ( bye bye )
I can’t believe you still have that sad…
I can’t believe you still have that sad advert on tv(pathetic) !!!!
You really need someone with a brain to do your adds.
I find all Heinz products to be so…
I find all Heinz products to be so expensive now and none of their tinned goods have ever been stackable, unlike all other companies. Be interesting if they get back to me after I have posted this review to let me know why.
If you are looking for Baked Beans that don't cost over £1 now, do try M&S at 40p or Sainsbury's about the same price. I did find Heinz Beans a bit too sweet and very runny juice.
I these days when food prices here are extortionate, we need to find other companies that don't rip us off like Heinz do!
Fish & Chips Sauce - AVOID
Tried the Fish & Chips sauce, which apparently masquerades as squeezy tartare sauce. It awful, sweet, with a strange taste that’s hard to pinpoint. Bears no relation to tartare sauce, avoid at all costs, total waste of money. Think Heinz tasters need to go back to the drawing board on this one.
My mum used to work at Heinz, Kitt Green Wigan…
My mum used to work at Heinz Kitt Green factory. She worked in 'veg prep' where all veg was hand prepared. You had to work hard, be fast & be thorough. Staff working on baby food had to take turns in tasting & testing it. It had no sugar, salt etc. The onsite staff shop had very few products for staff. No labels so you had to know the codes to know what you were buying. One soup, if not THE only one for staff was Beef Broth. Next after a time, came Scotch Broth & always beans. Availability increased as the firm grew. Mum always left a flask of beef broth for us in case she was late walking the 2miles home after a frantic shift. I worked in the soup labelling dept for about a year in my teens. For some time now quality has plummeted. I googled why there was no visible beef in the broth, just gritty bits & a lot less flavour. You would not like to hear what I found and why its gritty & hard. Lets say mechanically reclaimed and over cooked was suggested. Scotch Broth does have visible meat but disgusting quality with tallow attached. Price is sky high and offers of 5 tins for £5 drops to 4 or even 3 in some shops. Heinz merged with other brands such as Pickerings which initially was great as they did tinned fruits. But as it turned into this multibrand machine there is NOTHING about the wonderful factory I only left due to pregnancy. They were renowned for generosity to employees at Xmas, but were not always kind if they felt you did something they didn't like. Pregnancy in early employment was one of them sadly. I got a deal on their 'packs' but will NOT buy anymore. I may even give the ones I have to the food bank (best labelled dog/cat consumption in my humble opinion). Dont think they break any human food laws btw, just taste horrible. Extortionate bought single tin, can be over two quid a tin. Packs have declined from 5 to 4 & in some shops 3. Poor Mr.Heinz would turn in his grave if he knew.

Bought a tin of lamb big soup I’m gonna call trading standards as no lamb in it just vegetable soup
Heinz watery soup's
Why are Heinz making their chicken soups watery now and still have the cheek to sell at the same price it's just expensive chicken flavoured water
Heinz, pathetic robbers
I've been using Heinz beans all my life however since they have managed to shrink the cans down you now only get a few spoonfuls,
I've had enough of if and so many friends and family have said exactly the same thing, I together with many other people have opted to buy a different brand don't shrink the size of their cans to penny pinch but give you value for money.
I hope that you are proud of yourself Heinz, you're losing customers by the dejen!!! '
Changed spaghetti Bolognese the pasta…
Changed spaghetti Bolognese the pasta used to be long strands now short rubbish strands . Won't buy it again. Changed the one thing I liked.
