I have been a (very reluctant) customer of my local Co-op Food Store (184 Ansty Road, Coventry) for the past three and a half years. There have been so many instances of overcharging at the till (price on shelves not matching price at tills), I have had to report them to Trading Standards. A couple of members of staff are very friendly and professional but most (including management) are surly, unhelpful and disinterested. If you have to use ths store always check your receipt.

I've written a number of times to make a complaint. But I'm totally, totally, ignored.
Trying talking to staff in store is the same.
Staff seem to be completely demoralized and its very obvious when trying to have a conversation with them
Even just doing some convenience shopping is not a very nice experience.
The store is nicely laid out and reasonably stocked up. But that's it.
