Very happy with the bed, solid and well made. A few unavoidable hiccups along the way but customer service was excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

I bought a house last year and been in the process of furnishing it, needless to say I've ordered many items but ordering from Head2Bed has been the most painless and the product quality for my Hasena bed is outstanding. I wish the customer service and purchasing process was the same with my other purchases. Delivery was great and installation of the bed was painless as well. Would 100% recommend!

Beds very nice. Better than our expectations. And the whole process ran very smoothly from our visit to their showroom to order, delivery, and assembly. Could not recommend them more if you are looking for quality beds that we could not find in North East.

During Covid period, I ordered a bed with bedside tables and a dressing table set. Upon delivery and installation, the embedded lights in the bedside table did not work. A second visit was arranged to replace the lights. Because it was Covid and I wasn't in the country, I got to use the furniture few years later. As I returned I found out the lights are not working and submitted a query and review. I was positively surprised how this was handled. Sabrina, who is the firm Director, personally called me during weekend time to provide context, understand the issue and offer options to solve the issue. Even though it was years after the order was placed, to ensure good client experience, she arranged brand new shelves and lights to be ordered and delivered free of charge! She provided regular updates, even during her time off (holiday). This is extremely rare and shows commitment to the clients and care about the business.

Easy to order, great communication with Sabrina, delivery company called to arrange delivery date. The bed arrived on time and was built quickly with no issues. The guys were great, made sure I looked over the bed and I was happy with it before they left, it’s a beautiful bed and I’m very happy with it.

We had an amazing experience with this company throughout the whole pre-sale, purchase and after sale process. Sabrina listened to all our requests and helped us to choose the right bedroom furniture for our new house. The replacement of a piece of furniture that got damaged during transportation was very quick and we were always kept updated by the lovely Sabrina.

The communication was top notch from the beginning to the very end. Even after completion date I received and email from Sabrina ✅ checking that everything was Ok with my order. The wardrobes and the dresser are made of the highest materials ,we went with Stylform Florida and Turyn and matching dresser. If you stuck on their website (like I did at the very beginning) then simply call and ask for Sabrina ,she will sort you out :) The delivery was on time (even 1 week quicker than it was agreed originally) it is really worth waiting as you are going to receive something which you will be using for quite a few years! The people who installed were punctual , professional, clean ,tidy , at the end they took time to explain how the wardrobes have been built. I honestly can recommend this company, they are genuine people who want to ensure that you will be fully satisfied with you purchase -5 star from me

Be aware when buying a mattress from this company that there is no returns unlike most other mattress suppliers. I’ve purchased a £1200 mattress that was supposed to be firm and leaves me sleeping in a valley which I can’t climb out of as the topper doesn’t reform. It’s ok for the first hour then I’m really uncomfortable. A waste of money for me!

Was apprehensive about ordering online some rather expensive beds but after calling, no answer, got a surprise call back from Sabrina an hour later and we discussed & enquired exactly the time to deliver. I was advised on the mattress quality and also how high the legs should be. Overall great service and everything was delivered as expected and confirmed with an email. The delivery company contacted us to check if the time to install was appropriate and the guys came as expected together with a call confirmation. They installed and took pictures making sure all was fine. All in all, was a good experience albeit the slightly premium prices, but you are buying Suisse and quality so is well worth it

Best customer service experience! We haven't received our bed yet as we just placed our order, but Sabrina was really helpful from the get go. She answered all our questions, provided exact measurements and made adjustments to our order without any hassle. She answered even late at night! Thank you for being so professional and friendly.

Head2Bed are an exceptional company to deal with.

We ordered a Hasena bed, and found Sabrina great to deal with over the phone during the ordering process. The price was competitive and delivery was ahead of schedule despite global shortages of apparently everything at the moment.

Rash assembled the bed beautifully for me, taking great care of my property as well as the new bed. There was unfortunately a small chip in the bed frame, which was effectively hidden by the mattress during everyday use. Nevertheless, despite Sabrina bring on holiday she ordered a replacement and it was swapped over for me less than two weeks later.

I genuinely couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be ordering from them again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The bed itself is also beautiful and very sturdy. Haven't seen anything like it anywhere else.

In the ideal world Sabrina’s customers’ houses are brand new, floors are level and there is no pandemic delaying delivery. But the real world we live in tosses all kinds of curveballs, and instead of helping clients fix things Sabrina chooses to deny support. We wasted £4535 on a Hasena bed and mattress we can’t use as the mattress filling separated. Our request to replace the mattress following a report that confirms it got rejected. We should have started using the mattress right away, and it’s our fault the pandemic delayed the renovations. We won’t be using Head2Bed again and we don’t recommend that you do.

I have been a customer of Head2Bed for years now and have recently purchased a Hasena floating bed. Despite long lead times (Brexit and Covid-19), Sabrina provided daily updates to their progress and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable in the service provided. This is a quality brand that I will continue to purchase from long into the future.
