Highly do not recommend
I highly don't recommend anyone to use this clinic. A very good amount of money was paid to them to complete a full set of Immediate dentures following a full mouth extraction of 26 teeth. After the extractions were completed by the dental clinic next door (great place) and I was due a follow up appointment with this denture clinic It appeared to them my mouth had just changed too much with that amount of extractions compared to the impression taken prior. At the time the usual lady who deals with the dentures was away sick so another employee tried to help and determined with the agreement of the manager that I needed a new set of dentures made and i was told to come in the following week when the usual lady would be back. When I did this she decided nope we will adjust the ones you have that clearly don't fit. A few appointments later and after being absolutely humiliated after hearing the woman say to the other employees out the back "wish me luck with [my name] today" right before my appt they basically said this is as good as they can get them to fit and that I still have swelling to go down and implied that was the appt over and as far as they are concerned thats them done with me a customer. I literally walked out of the clinic went home and cried for hours. So now I'm out of pocket thousands with a set of dentures that I can't wear without being in awful pain after a couple hours, can only just close my lips around, whistle while I talk because i cant close my mouth properly and still can't eat solid food with them in. And i dont want to go back after that and dont feel they would do much to fix these issues anyway. It took so much personal strength to get past the fear and get 26 teeth extracted in one go and get this work done and now I wish I hadn't done that. It was meant to be significant in establishing my confidence and fixing my appearance and I fail to see how this is ok. And yes there is still swelling to go down however there is no way that the dentures will come right once this has happened and would completely defeat the purpose of offering an "immediate" denture. They made me feel like I was being a nuisance and should accept these results and discomfort and that's that. The woman herself was absolutely lovely so I'm even more upset about the service I received.
