Ich bin mittlerweile mehr als irritiert, dass ich permanent mit englischsprachigen Mails konfrontiert werde.
Ich habe als Deutscher in Deutschland auf der deutschsprachigen Plattform „Gesundschritt.de“ ein Paar Schuhe geordert.
Ich erwarte, dass ich als deutscher Endverbraucher in Deutschland in meiner Muttersprache - also Deutsch - angesprochen werde.
Noch besser wäre es aber, wenn die vor einer Woche bestellte und längst bezahlte Ware geliefert würde.
Die Lieferzeit war mit drei bis sieben Werktagen angegeben. Diese Frist ist längst abgelaufen.
Ich habe heute nun den Kauf widerrufen und das Geld zurückgebucht.

Confusing information about delivery…
Confusing information about delivery times. I don’t like to be hooked by delivery in 5-6 days when it lasts a month or maybe longer.
I would have bought it with a more precise, real delivery time as well.
