Mostly happy
I ordered two items a box of ice cream mix and a box of waffle cones. No problems at all with the the ice cream mix but the waffle cones despite being extremely fragile had no markings on the outside packaging. I got a replacement box which fortunately managed to make it through relatively unscathed. Customer service were responsive and the problem was resolved, however for the sake of a few ‘very fragile’ stickers and perhaps instructions to the delivery company, the problem could have been avoided.
