Professionals at their best.

We have used Hays for several years and have always found staff to be friendly and professional. This recent holiday booking was handled perfectly by Kim in your Rochdale branch. It was a fairly complicated booking involving two families and children of very different ages.

Always helpful

We always book with Hays but a different girl today. Obviously new to the Rochdale shop as we hadn't seen her before but she was very helpful and patient to help us find what we wanted. Well done Mae.

Greek holiday

Rang Hays for a price on a certain holiday. Kim cheerfully answered the call and quickly ascertained the chosen hotel. She went through all options with me including booking extra leg room seats, and gave an acceptable price for the holiday. All in all, very quick and easy to complete. We are very happy with the service received as usual. Very pleasant experience. Thank you.
