We knew nothing at all about going on a cruise. Kim was very patient and explained to us about the different cruise liners, their destinations and the various ports of call. Having chosen a cruise, she then meticulously went through every aspect that was associated with the holiday. The facilities available onboard the ship. The choice of cabins, dining arrangements and drinks. Also, transfers to and from the ship and flights. We found her expert knowledge and experience invaluable. Hence, we came away feeling very confident that we had chosen the right cruise for us and, most definitely, the right travel agent.

Very helpful travel consultant and Hays manager Kim, who contact a travel company I had used and just returned from a river cruise and signed up on the ship for a cruise in 2027. They got the discount I had been quoted on my cruise, and offered me two option with or without the flights. Very good service, and quick response from the cruise company passed on.

Speaking with a person in the flesh... We went into the Rochdale Branch of Hays Travel and spoke to Evie, who we always like her to help us with our holidays. After having seen another holiday on the window board above us and not what we'd gone in for we had a look at it and ended up booking it.
