Back to Hays Travel at Peterlee to book another city break. Lovely, friendly, welcoming staff. Spoke with Amanda, who arranged our last trip to Krakow, and in no time at all we were booked and destined for Budapest in a few weeks time. All arranged with the minimum of fuss, even when I realised I'd made a slight mistake with a name spelling which Amanda rectified later after a quick phone call. Efficient, top notch customer service, we'll definitely be back to book again soon.

Allway's friendly and curtious staff! Been booking with hay's travel since about 1994!! Used the shop in sunderland! Now of course we use peterlee,jane and all the staff are great!! Long may it last👍

That staff member was very helpful, friendly and patient. She listened to everything we asked for and was able to find a river cruise holiday that was perfect. All other staff in the shop were also friendly.

Beth who I get to book my flights and Holiday goes out of her way to make sure every detail is correct looking for the best deals. I use Hays as I feel being an English owned company I can Trust Them.

Peterlee hays is our local travel agent being using it for years all agents are and have been outstanding and go out there way to booking a holiday an easy and unstressfull journey just booked a holiday to Cape Verde it was absolutely a joy with Lea the hays agent very well recommended
