Fantastic service
The ladies at my branch are really lovely they are truly amazing. I went in to ask about the price of going to a certain hotel and Chloe remembered me from booking last year and who I travelled with. What a remarkable lady you have working there. Because of her I will keep returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Booking our 40th anniversary holiday
Listened to what we wanted and when unable to book the original holiday we looked at due to us no being able to complete booking, did there best to find the closest holiday to our requirements, didn't make us feel like we where being rushed or a burden and realised our disappointment not being able to have our first choice and remembering our original request even though it had been 4 week sin e we originallycalled into store, adding a couple of bonus extras was a lovely gesture thankyou Rachel for all your help

Went to Hayes to book a cruise
Went into Hayes to travel shop and was met with warm smiles and we told Sonia what we wanted she quickly reviewed and booked all what we wanted as this is our second booking they all were generally pleased to see us . The whole process was easy and quick..Good service.
