Great service from Katie. Booking was easy and thorough. Have booked with Hays several times, always friendly, knowledgeable staff.

What a great store this is (Coventry city centre) we was welcomed as we walked in and Sonia was our consultant asked a few questions as in what we were looking for and when we would like to go she gave us a few ideas as we were happy with the outcome and 2 weeks booked up. Hays staff in the Coventry branch are always welcoming and friendly. I always book my package holidays and flights with Hays. They know me and I know them, which makes it an enjoyable way to book what you want. I cannot praise them enough.

Katie was brilliant. As it was a winter break we preferred some heat but thought we couldn’t afford it but she kept going until she found the right place as we needed to be near the beach and fairly flat. All in all a great example. Thanks. G shepheard

Helpful friendly staff who always give good service

Had a pleasant time booking my holiday with Katie. She had a very friendly approach and handled a large group booking very well. Katie has also ensured that my food allergies have been passed on to MSC which I am very grateful for. I would recommend this company to my friends.
