the customer feedback was quick and efficient. it angered me quite a bit when the parcel was considered undeliverable twice and i thought i was getting scammed. but through the customer service emails, i was able to amend the issue and hopefully my parcel arrives soon after!

Ordered a hat in July and have not received it. It is now October. It was meant to be a gift for my son’s birthday. Be careful when ordering because your item may get stuck in customs for months with no way to get it.

Originally ordered size 57 cap, they sent size 56, sent an email saying that the order was wrong and requesting for size 58, they agreed but sent size 57, which is too small instead of size 58.
