Absolutely outstanding service by Neil Campbell who escorted me from home to the Queen Mary’s Hospital. He called me prior to pick up to let me know he was 5 mins away. He was charming, polite and extremely professional. He also possesses great driving skills. We picked up two other patients on route. We all enjoyed warm conversations and everyone was extremely happy including me. Neil is an asset to the team and should be recognised for his service.

Ash was a fantastics driver. He drove us from London to Bristol and made us feel comfortable and safe at all times. Also great conversation!

Driver William Abbey was So Lovely and helpful,after my daughter was discharged, I was overwhelmed and struggling trying to push her wheelchair,our suitcase and carry other bits off the ward , he came and met us and took over whilst being so polite and reassuring which really put me and my daughter at ease . Couldn't be more Greatful ,such a lovely man who's clearly very passionate about his job and making sure everyone in his care is well looked after . Thank you

Today I had transport to take me to great Ormand Street Hospital for an appointment. The person taking me today, his name is William Abbey. Apologies if surname spelt incorrectly. His is an amazing person, really thinks out of the box and goes all way out to make your feel comfortable and safe. Checked on us from the beginning of the journey to end making sure we were OK. Escorted me and daughter to even crossed the road with us making sure we are safe. So far I have not had that kind of service before.

Had a lovely experience and the driver was amazing, driving me and my son almost 4 hours to get home after a stay at Great ormond street hospital. Very friendly and professional. Thankyou Barkat Azam and JQ the controller.

The app is great to see where my son is on his route, accurate too!

Drivers Patrick and Limbo helped us with the transfer of our newborn baby from Lewisham Hospital to Croydon Hospital. They were patient, kind and helpful. Took every care to secure her in the ambulance and were friendly while we chatted on the way. Patrick drove carefully and we had a pleasant and safe transfer. Thank you!

Hazel arrived on time and was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to make our journey comfortable. Her car was immaculate and very comfortable, and her excellent driving made us feel completely safe throughout the trip.

Writing on behalf of Elizabeth Anne Carolan I was transported by Ken, Michelle, Mark and Josh and was very happy with how both journeys went too and from Lewisham Hospital and I wish to thank them all for making me feel safe and comfortable. Was very reassured throughout the journeys from the house to the ambulance and ambulance to the house. They are a credit to HATS.

Yahren and Raj brought my friend home from hospital, bearing in mind there are steep steps going up to her front door. My friend suffers anxiety too so was very scared.They kept her at ease and got her to her bedroom very efficiently , taking care of her.
