it is too early to say anything about the product but the order and delivery went very well

I ordered an off the shelf product from them on 6th of June. They did not bother to despatch it for almost two weeks - 19th of June
Fact that I live about a mile away from them, Still they had to sent it first to Norwich, so that it be delivered
3 weeks I have had to wait for this to be finally delivered, in two parts in two separate deliveries.
You need to get someone in your office who understand how not to waste money
The delivery service were not in error here, it was you who did not have it collected for two weeks

The potting compost arrived swiftly and enabled me to proceed wiy jobs in hand.

Products great, great quality, but a couple of occasions had delays on delivery dates after pre-ordering which can be frustrating.

Good products, delivery time a little slower than I would have liked to be honest. However ok once we received them.

Excellent service, even down to supplying a small tin of enamel paint to cover up a scratch.

Arrived promptly, easy to build. Pleased with them.

Well made and easy to assemble, (not by me), much quicker with power screwdriver, but don’t forget to order the liner at the same time. 18” high less bending for me and hopefully hare proof.

Pleased with this purchase, good quality and blends in to the garden better than I though it would. Plenty of height for plants and keeps the fish, dogs & grandchildren safe.
Would recommend having help to put together and netting definitely simpler to fix with 2 .

This is a second purchase of Roman arches from Harrod Horticultural. They fit together well and are great quality as well as looking good.

Beautiful furniture in daily use. The delivery team were extremely helpful delivering late in the evening on what was a very long day for them, to find the table couldn’t be put together they reloaded it on the van and returned with a replacement the next day.

The 2 tier plant support is really useful for tall plants that also have lower growth. The product is good quality although it's already rusted and I think a better finish is achieved when supplied 'unrusted'. It arrived in good time and was well wrapped.

The click and lock cage is very good for strange shaped plots is a strong cage for fruit . The net is very good and birds can land on it and not get tangled.

Great delivery times and customer sales response when one of my items was damaged in transit. Highly recommended.
