I bought a new pond pump and it was the best price from all pond solutions and came the next day so pleased with the purchase would buy from them again

Great product at a very reasonable price. Super fast desptach too.

I have previously been satisfied with this company but unfortunately they have let themselves down badly on this occasion. In summary, they have twice sent me an incompatible replacement ballast head for my pond filter. It simply doesn’t fit. No real explanation given as to why, but have suggested my filter head might have warped over time. This simply isn’t the case. The only option they have come up with is for me to replace the whole filter all at my expense. Despite requesting a gesture of goodwill or a reduction on the cost of a replacement filter, they do not feel the situation warrants this. Poor service in my opinion.

This company is super helpful when they are selling you a pond pump - I have used them twice. The problem comes when the product stops working, as has happened to me on the second time round. It is within warranty and was installed correctly and has simply stopped. I thought a replacement or repair would be a straightforward process based on how helpful they were with sales. This has not been the case. As it currently stands I am in a prolonged email spiral with customer service personnel who insist on sending out a minor part unrelated to the fault. I have now seen from other reviews that this is a pattern of theirs - sending one unrelated part out after another rather than repairing or the replacing the product, in contravention of consumer law. As it stands I cannot see this issue being resolved, and I am left with a pump that doesn't work, that will not be resolved by warranty or customer service. I won't be using them a third time.

2 yrs ago I found this Company when I had a problem with my garden pond .They had everything I needed to correct the problems.They offer a fantastic range of products at a competitive price but more importantly sound advice .

Purchase an expensive 20000 ltr filter with is company 9 months ago. At first it worked well until it didn't,it's supposed to clean the filter itself but stopped working after 3 to 4 uses. I contacted to company to see about getting it replaced under the two year warranty and after much back and forwards with mails and photos the decided it was accidental damage and my fault so would not replace the unit. Yes it's took the unit apart to clean as instructed but was obviously broken whilst in use. The bottom filter
was almost totally worn away. The plastic used in
construction of the part was not strong enough and
had broken off. Avoid this company.
Up date to company reply:
They have stated that there warranty only covers electrical parts even though it states that it also covers for defects which my issue clearly relates as the part was not strong enough for its intended use. They are now stating that any further correspondence be in writing only. Even worse they state that they cannot supply the required part even if I wished to buy one. AVOID AVOID.
Further update: After many txt messages back and forth with this company I eventually gave in and offered to buy the part I required , which although it was not for my a actual filter, they assured me it would fit. They even sent me a picture which I pointed out to them looked nothing like the part i needed they again assured me it would fit. Well it arrived today and guess what it looked exactly like the image they se t me a d nothing like the part I need. Avoid this joke of a company for your pond equipment.

Phoned customer services with a problem. Put through straight away to a very helpful lady. No fuss. Walked me through a few checks. Didn’t work so arranged new item to be sent out. Very pleased. I will always use Allpondsolutions for my future purchases.

This company are a very reputable business who , in my experience , deliver the goods in timely fashion and at a fair price. What more could you want ?

Ordered a "complete spare parts kits for a uv filter.It arrived with missing seals.When asked about the missing parts they said that they have to be purchased separately.So obviously NOT a "complete spare parts kit then.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY,OR THEIR OTHER COMPANY "All pet solutions"

Excellent customer service from this company who replaced a faulty water feature without hesitation. The replacement arrived within 24 hours of being informed of the problem. Would certainly use this company again

Very happy with the service and product I received

I had a problem with my Cup 311 All-in-One pump/filter/UV light. I rang All Pond Solutions and spoke to a very helpful person who explained that the problem part was still under warranty, and arranged to send a replacement. The replacement arrived within 48 hours. I was very happy with the resolution to my problem.

Received a damaged pump but Laura quickly rectified the issue and a replacement was issued the same day.
Would definitely recommend.

Bought an expensive filter off this company it unexpectedly stopped flowing water after owning it for less than 6 months.
The filter then decided to leak and nearly emptied my tank on to my front room carpet then the uv bulb became inoperable.
The company keep sending replacement parts which either don’t rectify the issues or
Are the complete wrong parts for the filter. Will not purchase again from
This company nothing but head aches and near 3 months down the line still using a back up filter.

What a amazing experience this was.
I decided to get a bigger filter for my fish tank and decided on this one from, All Pond Solutions.
From the very start of the process I was kept up to date with every part of my order. It was just the right amount of info, not to much and not to little.
The package arrived really quickly and was all in great condition and well wrapped 🎁
The whole process was a joy and a very positive experience.
Wish all companies treated there buyers like this!

All Pond Solutions do everything so well, their products are first rate, their service is fantastic and items arrive so quickly. I have ordered from them many times and everything goes so well, fantastic product range and so easy to place an order, makes things easy. If you need to make contact they are happy to help. For me this ticks every box.

Product broke after 6 months. They blamed the installation and refused to offer anything.
They then stopped supplying the needed spare so the whole unit was useless

I wouldn't buy from them again
