After another company let me down I found Handy Labels this year after searching on Google. I was nervous, but so happy after receiving my my first order through the post! The quality is fantastic, the best actually. The colours are super vivid and the detailing is crisp! The best quality I’ve gotten, and the kindest service too! Very patient with me as I’m rather picky if I do say so myself. The other company before Handy Labels made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking questions and being precise on what I want. But here I feel welcomed, so thank you for that!
I’ve used them multiple times now, this review is from my 3rd or 4th order and I won’t go to any one else! I’m actually about to order again soon

Totally happy – once again.
I wanted to make a repeat order, but couldn't find the details I needed. Handy Labels dug everything out and made life easy for me.
I was happy the first time I used them (vis-a-vis quality, speed, etc), and was totally happy again.

Never received sample pack ordered
Ordered one of their sample packs and their team reached out to check what we were looking for and to confirm delivery address. After over three weeks no sign of the sample pack so I reached out to let them know we hadn't received anything, they answered saying they would be sending a pack 'again', 3 weeks went past again and never received anything. Very disappointing as I saw they had good reviews.

I'm sorry to see you have left a negative review on our free sample pack service. We have sent two sample packs to you already which you are saying you've never received.
Due to GDPR I cannot prove to you that we have sent both packs to your postal address.
Unfortunately there is not much else we can do apart from posting to an alternate address.
Each sample pack costs us between £4-£5 to produce and post out for free to our customers, it's not in our interest for customers not to receive them.
We rely on Royal Mail to ensure our sample packs reach their destination, naturally this service is out of our hands.
Will use again
Great products, easy to use website. I will be using this company again for all my lable printing.

Easy website, great labels
The website is one of the easiest I've ever navigated, for what can be a complex order - size, colour, glue, font, design. It leads you through nicely - and you can go back if you need to check or change your mind. If I can manage it, anyone can! Labels are perfect for what we want, small to go on jars for homemade herbal salve, using one of their many set designs.

I highly recommend Handy Labels
This was my first time ordering with Handy Labels after reading many positive reviews. I found the online system very easy to use, and the customer service was excellent. I needed very specific quantities of labels and this was easily accommodated. They even printed some extra labels which was a nice surprise (so thank you very much :)) I was nervous to see how my labels would turn out but there was no need as they were perfect! I have already placed a second order and will continue to use Handy Labels in the future. I highly recommend them.
