I believe we were missold this so called warranty.
Reading the small print reveals Handler will pay only £40 per hour Labour charges. Which decent garage or repair centre charges less than £60-£80 per hour for labour?
The number of exclusions means I wasted £200 on a warranty that is absolute rubbish
Avoid at all costs
A generic reply from Handler.
My car needed 4 x new cold start injectors. Not covered by warranty.
A new L/H screen washer pipe and nozzle. A complete unit which is a Main Dealer part only. Not covered by warranty.
I accept and understand consumables are not covered however cold start heater plugs cannot ever be described as consumables nor can the screenwash pipe and nozzle unit.
It is pointless to try and blame the supplying dealer, he sells your product . Furthermore where do you think any garage charges only £40 per hour for labour? Not in this world.
I stand by my original comments.

They make it as inconvenient as possible to make a claim, then reject your claim, then make it a pain in the arse to appeal that claim.
They rejected my claim for a faulty camshaft position sensor saying that it's "due to the age of the vehicle". Camshaft sensors are covered in their plan. What's the point of saying you cover camshaft sensors if you're just going to deny it?

Do not trust Händler Protect. I was forced to take their "Gold Cover" as a mandatory part of my car purchase, only to find out it is practically worthless.
My clutch slave cylinder – a part explicitly listed as covered on Page 4 of the policy – failed after only 2,458 miles. Despite this ridiculously low mileage, Händler Protect rejected the claim (Ref: 36652251/C1), dismissively calling it "wear and tear."
The most frustrating part is their "customer service." They have now completely stopped responding to my emails. Every time I tried to reach out, I received nothing but a generic, dismissive "copy-paste" response that didn't address any of my points regarding safety or the policy terms.
Because the failure caused a leak in the hydraulic system shared with the BRAKES, it posed a severe safety hazard. Since they ignored my appeals and stopped communicating, I had to pay £630 out of my own pocket to make the car safe.
The matter is now with The Motor Ombudsman (Case: 00314580) and is being reported to Trading Standards. Avoid this company at all costs – they take your money and disappear when you need them.

I logged in a repair claim for the first time, and I was confused and upset about some of the terms. The repair support staff Jimmy was kind enough to reassure me and offer a resolution. The whole process was seamless.

Absolutely useless and not worth the paper it's written on. My warranty came with the purchase of a new car. I made a claim and despite the quote for repair being within the value covered by the warranty, the claim was denied because apparently it would have made the car like new. Well, the engine would have been new but the rest of the car would not and what is the point of having a cover value if a claim that falls within it is denied. Don't touch these people with a bargepole. The date was April-August 2024.
